Engaging for Climate: How can asset owners support delivery of the Paris Agreement?
The PRI is pleased to support this high-level event, Engaging for Climate, organised by the Caisse des dépôts group and taking place in Paris on Wednesday 13 December following the One Planet Summit.
Delegates are invited to a high-level event focused on the state of the play for active ownership climate engagement strategies. Through two roundtables gathering international institutional investors, we will discuss investors’ policies and practices around the world that seek to support the development and delivery of corporate strategies that are consistent with the Paris Agreement.
The event will also showcase initiatives seeking to improve collaboration between business, institutional investors, asset managers and governments and introduce the Climate Action 100+, a new five-year industry platform to engage with the world's largest corporate greenhouse gas emitters to curb emissions, strengthen climate-related financial disclosures and improve governance on climate change.
